By commissioning me, it is assumed that you agree to the following:

  • For personal commission is for personal use only. Not allowed for commercial or advertising purposes. If you prefer to use them for commercial please contact to discuss with me first.

  • Do not claim my work as yours. The commissioner has ownership of the artwork, I, the artist still retain certain rights as artist credits.

  • Some works will published on my social media as portfolio. If you'd like a hidden commission and do not allow posting, please inform me prior to payment.

  • You can post your commissioned artwork as long as proper crediting is given including name (@astraeacynthia) and linking my twitter.

  • Do not edit my work without permission. Changing background color is fine.

  • You will receive only a full resolution digital file of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

  • Please download the file within 2-3 months. I may delete them to clear my drive storage.

  • Major changes are not allowed if the finishing stage already confirmed.

  • Payment through Paypal only. If I confirm, please pay within 24 hours.

  • Full payment. No refunds allowed unless I have no update on your commission works more than 5 months.

TOS(NSFW)

By commissioning an NSFW piece you are assumed to be agreeing to the following:

  • Normal Commission TOS apply.

  • By commissioning an NSFW piece it is assumed that you are an adult (18+). If it is found that you are a minor at the time of commission, your commission will be cancelled (non refundable) and you will be blacklisted.

Refund Policy

  • If the commission is cancelled (by artist or client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

  • Once the sketch is confirmed, no cancellations allowed by client.

  • No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

  • The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.

  • If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
